DTM

DTM

The DTM offers up-close and personal motorsport. Nowhere else can fans get closer to the drivers, teams and cars than in the best touring car series in the world. It is here that BMW, armed with the BMW M4 DTM, goes up against its direct competitors in the premium automobile sector. And with outstanding success: eight titles have gone to Munich since BMW returned to the DTM in 2012.

WEC

WEC

Since its debut in 2012, the FIA WEC has made positive developments as a series, broken new ground and gained a lot of fans. The highlight of this championship is the 24-hour race of Le Mans. In 1999, BMW celebrated overall victory with the open prototype BMW V12 LMR. The last time a BMW was on the starting grid for the 24 Hours of Le Mans was in 2011: Back then, the BMW M3 GT finished third in the LM GTE class. In addition to the legend of Le Mans, the endurance series also includes iconic races such as the six-hour races in Silverstone and Fuji.

IMSA

IMSA

The IMSA Series combines tradition and modernity. It continues a long history of sports car racing in the USA and Canada – a history, in which BMW has always played a major role. Over 30 GT cars go head to head at iconic circuits, some of which have hosted spectacular sports car races for over 50 years. More than 100 drivers do battle for victory in spectacular races.

BMW M235i Racing Cup

BMW M235i Racing Cup

BMW Motorsport has offered a specific cup class for the BMW M235i Racing within the VLN and the Nürburgring 24 Hours, to serve as a platform, on which to promote mass sport. This cup class does not represent a one-make cup, rather BMW is providing a specific cup class and a cost-efficient, entry-level model, in the form of the BMW M235i Racing, and a fascinating stage for amateur motor racing.
