The BMW M240i Racing in detail.

The straight six-cylinder petrol engine with a capacity of 2,979 cc generates 340 hp and a maximum torque of 460 Nm in the BMW M240i Racing. The BMW M Performance mechanical limited-slip differential, which is also available for the BMW M240i and BMW M240i Coupé, creates additional traction. The four and two-piston fixed-calliper brake systems are responsible for optimal deceleration. Adapted specifically for motor racing by BMW M Motorsport, the driver aids – ABS, DSC and traction control – round off the package and specifically support motorsport newcomers as they gain experience. The safety features on the BMW M240i Racing include the FIA-approved safety cage, the safety tank and a six-point harness. The rear and front spoilers, diffusor, carbon wing mirrors (all from the BMW M Performance Parts range) all add to the sporty appearance of the BMW M240i Racing, as does the rear wing, which improves the aerodynamic performance of the rear axle.
