Shortly before the first motorsport highlight of the year, this weekend’s 24 Hours of Daytona, BMW M GmbH presented the BMW M5 CS (combined fuel consumption: 11.3 – 11.1 l/100 km according to NEDC; 11.3 – 10.9 l/100 km according to WLTP; combined CO2 emissions: 258 – 253 g/km according to NEDC, 257 – 248 g/km according to WLTP*). With 635 hp, it is the most powerful car in the history of BMW M. This weekend, the BMW M5 CS will lead the field as the safety car for the ‘BMW Endurance Challenge at Daytona’, which also features the BMW M4 GT4. BMW Team RLL driver Connor De Phillippi tested the BMW M5 CS ahead of its maiden outing.
