PLATFORM & PRIZES.

Sheer reality on iRacing.

The BMW SIM 120 Cup is held on iRacing. This race simulation on a Windows PC is regarded to be the most accurate replication of real racing, be it the physics of driving, the tracks or the strictly regulated races against other drivers. "On iRacing the duels are very fair, very open and with a lot of respect, because everyone knows that they have to be careful," said BMW works driver Philipp Eng.

iRacing differs from other simulations with its subscription model. You can only compete here if you pay a monthly fee. And additional racetracks and racing cars cost extra. After every race, the triumphant driver duo can look forward to a cash prize of $US 2,400. The team in second place receives $US 1,200, and the third-placed team go away with $US 600. The winners also secure their ticket for BMW SIM Live in December.
