BMW Junior Team.New generation, new training programme.

With three promising young drivers, BMW Junior Team made its comeback in 2020, more than 40 years after it was founded back in 1977. The holistic, intensive training programme is still setting standards in the development of talented youngsters. Dan Harper, Max Hesse and Neil Verhagen are following a training programme spanning two seasons. In addition to racing on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife, the new and future-oriented area of sim racing, mental and fitness training at Formula Medicine, and training content within the BMW Group, the team concept is also an integral pillar of the unique approach. To strengthen this concept, the drivers live in a shared apartment not far from the Nürburgring, which is the focal point of their training. As well as a large number of appearances in various BMW racing cars, the three talented drivers are also given numerous other insights into racing, BMW M GmbH and the BMW Group during the course of their training.
