Competition procedures, notification of winner

The draw of the winners takes place after the closing date, according to the following principle: those who guess the exact speed of the race car in the raffle mail will participate in a lucky draw, to be executed by BMW. The winner of this lucky draw will win the prize. The winner will be notified by BMW or the appointed partner via Facebook comment function. Be aware that the names of the winners will be posted under the competition post as a comment.

The winner will be notified with a comment under the competition post of Facebook (“notification of win”) by BMW or a contracted partner, whereby the winner is entitled to the prize only if he or she confirms acceptance of the win with BMW within fourteen hours of the notification of win (“acceptance of win”). If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the win within this period, a new winner will be drawn. There is only a legally enforceable right to claim if the prize has been communicated in writing to the winner and has been accepted by the winner within fourteen hours.
