“If you can conquer the Nürburgring, you can conquer anything”. So said BMW works driver Andy Priaulx in the movie “24hours – One team. One target.”, thus perfectly encapsulating the fascination of the 24-hour race in the “Green Hell”.

With its second place finish, Team BMW Motorsport once again proved that the challenge of the world’s most demanding race track knows no respite. Film makers Tim and Nick Hahne travelled to the marathon at end-June to document the progress of both BMW M3 GT entries during this race through the Eifel.

From first tests through to the emotion-packed drive across the line: The brothers with an eye for motor racing’s more special moments missed nothing. The result of their labours is a documentary which visually conveys precisely why the 24-hour race on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife is an absolute favourite of fans across the world.

It is a story, to which even the film-makers themselves don't know the conclusion until the very end, and which gave them a deep insight into the psyche of the drivers and the strategy involved in endurance racing.
